Below there are answers to some common questions our customers ask in regard to ordering cars and buses from our company.

What is an hourly rental?

This is a service for using a car and driver services in full order for a certain period. Hourly rental is ideal for excursions, rent a car for a wedding, business travels. You move between meetings and planned places, make stops on the route, as if you ride a private car.
When renting for more than three hours, the average cost of an hour will be significantly lower, as with any long-term rental.

How to rent a car with a driver?

There are some simple steps to follow:

Choose a suitable car/minibus on the page Our fleet
Find out availability of the given vehicle for the required date / time by email (preferred) / phone call / message to the site admin.
Agree upon the route, price and payment terms
Enter into a formal contract (if required)
The driver will serve the car 10 minutes before the start of the rental time.

Bank transfer payment

For payment by bank transfer, a service contract has to be concluded. The contract stipulates all relevant issues of your journey, our service, the terms and conditions of payment.

Can a physical person conclude a service contract?

For payment to the current bank account, a formal contract with legal organization/company is mandatory. If a written contract is required by an individual, please inform us about it in advance so that we prepare it and transferre to your driver.

How soon after placing an order can you provide a car?

This may take up to 30 minutes in Minsk city and depend on a vehicle availability. But in most cases, it is better to plan your trip in advance (at least 3-7 days before arrival to Belarus).

You have got really attractive rental prices. What is the catch?

There are no strings attached. Simply the majority of car rental services you can find in internet are middlemen or dispatchers who add their margin to the rental price.
We are not an intermediate and can call the best prices for our own cars.

Do you guarantee that the selected car will arrive?

Yes, on the site you see description and real photos of the cars we operate. The car you have chosen and ordered will come to you - clean, with cosy interior and neat driver.

What if the car is not available on the date I need?

We have been working in the field of passenger transportation for more than 6 years and established connection with reliable partners. If necessary, we can agree upon rent a similar car from other trusted carriers. We will request and send you photos of optional cars for approval.
At the same time, the price for you will remain the same!

Can I smoke in the cabin?

In the cabins of our cars you should not smoke. At a passenger's request, the driver will make a technical stop as soon as it possible.

Payment of associated costs

For short-term car rental, transfer to the airport, tours across Belarus parking and toll roads are included in the rental price.
In the case of trips abroad, paid parking and travel on toll roads are paid by the customer additionally according the driver's payment confirmation for these expenses.

How to find out the exact cost of a trip abroad

To calculate the cost of car or minibus rental services with a driver, provide the following data by email/messenger:

Detailed route (countries and cities planned to visit, hotels selected for accommodation).
Key destinations, waypoints, landmarks and arrival time to there (e.g. airports and flights' departure time).
Departure date from Belarus.
Arrival date to Belarus.
